By enrolling in any program, class, or camp offered by NovaEd AeroLab (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”), the parent/guardian (“you”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:
NovaEd AeroLab offers hands-on Aerospace and STEM-based educational activities designed for students in Grades 1–12. Programs may include indoor and outdoor lessons, lectures, experiments, and hands-on engineering projects such as building, testing, and flying model airplanes and rockets.
All activities are supervised by trained instructors and staff. Safety protocols are followed at all times, especially when handling tools, adhesives, and launching model aircraft or rockets. Students are expected to follow all safety instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.
Participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to minor injuries (cuts, scrapes), exposure to sun/heat during outdoor sessions, and risks related to model aircraft flight and small-scale rocket launches. By registering, you voluntarily assume these risks and release NovaEd AeroLab, its instructors, volunteers, and partners from any liability for injuries or damages arising from program participation.
Students must behave respectfully and follow instructor directions. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in dismissal without refund. Bullying or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
Parents/guardians are responsible to be onsite during the classes. Novaed AeroLab is not a licensed drop-off program.
Deposits are non-refundable unless a class is canceled by NovaEd AeroLab. Full or partial refunds for other payments may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but no refunds are granted after the second class session.
Unless otherwise requested in writing, NovaEd AeroLab may photograph or video students during sessions for use on its website, social media, and promotional materials.
In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact the parent/guardian immediately. If necessary, emergency services may be called. Parents are responsible for any medical costs incurred.
NovaEd AeroLab reserves the right to change class times, locations, or instructors due to unforeseen circumstances. Registered participants will be notified in advance.
